Free and incredible breakfast for our wine, good food, and excellent co-operating staff. Airy units with a view.

Fairly friendly and extremely polite staff, breakfasts were absolutely fantastic.
The overall atmosphere was quiet, though some staff members were not very friendly. I was offered a great breakfast with great Roman coffee. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

Excellent location in the center of Rome. Beautiful view from the window. Small cozy hotel. Responsive staff. Room safe and fridge.
Breakfast could be improved, not a very large selection of dishes.

Good location. It's not a bad room.
Internet wasn't working in the room. Breakfasts are poor. air conditioning wasn't working well (hot in the room).

Truly enjoyed how wonderful the property was and its fairly friendly staff during check-out. We had queen room with a view. Unbeatable very central location just next door to the supermarket, and the subway. The hotel met requirements, we will certainly stay here again.

Next to the center, smiling staff, cleaning up every day.
Breakfasts are monotonous and scarce.

General cleanliness, polite staff, and enthusiastic owner. And overall feeling of being welcome, by all.
The breakfast a bit boring after a couple of days

It was in a great location a few steps away from Viminale. The atmosphere created was quiet...

The hotel is on excellent location! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel is furnished like a 3 star hotel (modestly), but it is very, very clean!
Days around 1 May were rather expensive for 3 star hotel - but since almost all hotels in Rome were fully booked, who can blame them for overpricing?! Breakfast is poor and the restaurant area is of very limited size, so very often you either have to skip the breakfast if you do not want to wait for the free seat.

The ideal base for exploring the city! Conveniently located near Termini station and major sites, everything is within walking distance. Staff, especially Marco, were helpful, providing maps and tips. Clean rooms with spacious showers enhance the experience. Just be mindful of street noise, but it's a small price for such a prime location.

that it was located reasonably central to most sites.
room was clean but dowdy and the breakfast of plastic wrapped croissant, cheese, butter etc was edible but a disgrace at 121 euros per night. general atmosphere of the hotel was that they were doing you a favour. i would never return.

Staff was very helpful and room was big, clean and tidy with a beautiful outside view. Also, breakfast was pretty good.
The bathroom could have few more things like Bath Soap/Gel, etc.
